Instructions for cancellation for the sale of goods

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the message about exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.

Parcel-able Goods

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and any additional fees (e.g., customs and taxes) for return shipping from non-EU countries.

Non-parcel-able Goods

We bear the direct costs of returning non-parcel-able goods (e.g., freight goods).

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
